Founding Partner Launch Promotions
To celebrate the launch of the Rescue Buddies Partner Program, Founding Partners have two opportunities to win a 25-Tribute Gallery Fundraising System, valued at $149 USD.
The promotions are open to approved Rescue Buddies Founding Partners participating in the 2026–2027 Founding Partner launch promotions.
Founding Partner Gallery Draw
Every qualifying new Rescue Buddies member a Founding Partner brings into the membership during the promotional period earns that rescue one entry into the Gallery Draw.
How entries work:
Each new paid Rescue Buddies member attributed to the Founding Partner earns one entry.
Each supporter who redeems one of the Founding Partner's 10 First-Month-Free Fun Buddies Offers earns one entry.
Each qualifying new member counts only once, even if they begin with a free month and later continue as a paying member.
Entries begin accumulating on the date the rescue is approved as a Founding Partner.
Entries close at 11:59 p.m. Atlantic Time on January 31, 2027.
After the promotion closes, one qualifying entry will be selected at random.
The winning rescue will be announced on February 14, 2027.
Members' Choice Gallery
Rescue Buddies members will also have the opportunity to choose a Founding Partner rescue to receive a Gallery.
Voting will take place February 7–13, 2027.
Each eligible Rescue Buddies member may cast one vote for a participating Founding Partner rescue. The eligible rescue receiving the most valid votes will win.
Who can vote:
Members must have an active Rescue Buddies membership when they cast their vote.
Both Fun Buddies and Fundraiser Buddies members are eligible.
Members enjoying a complimentary or first-month-free membership have the same voting privileges as paying members.
Each eligible member may vote only once, regardless of their membership type.
If two or more eligible rescues are tied for the highest number of votes, each tied rescue will receive a prize, subject to the restriction against winning both promotions.
Voting instructions will be provided to Rescue Buddies members before voting begins.
Two Promotions, Two Winners
A Founding Partner may not win both the Founding Partner Gallery Draw and the Members' Choice Gallery during this promotion.
If the rescue selected in the random Gallery Draw also receives the highest number of votes in Members' Choice, the Members' Choice prize will go to the eligible rescue with the next-highest number of valid votes.
If multiple eligible rescues are tied for that position, each tied rescue will receive a prize.
The Prize
Each winning rescue will receive a 25-Tribute Gallery Fundraising System, valued at $149 USD.
If a winning rescue already has a Rescue Buddies Tribute Gallery, it will instead receive a $149 USD Rescue Buddies Gallery Credit.
Gallery Credit:
may be used toward a Tribute Gallery Fundraising System, a Gallery Expansion that matches the rescue's existing Gallery size, or other eligible Rescue Buddies Gallery-related purchases;
is non-transferable;
cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash; and
does not expire.
If a purchase uses only part of the Gallery Credit, the remaining balance will remain available to the winning rescue for a future eligible Gallery-related purchase.
Eligibility & Entry Verification
Only approved Rescue Buddies Founding Partners are eligible for these promotions.
Memberships and first-month-free offer redemptions must be attributable to the Founding Partner through the Rescue Buddies referral links, coupon codes, or other tracking methods provided to Partners.
Each qualifying new membership may generate a maximum of one Gallery Draw entry. A membership that begins with a free month and later becomes paid does not generate a second entry.
Rescue Buddies may verify entries, memberships, coupon redemptions, and votes before awarding a prize. Duplicate, invalid, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries or votes may be removed.
Partners are expected to promote Rescue Buddies accurately and respectfully. Attempts to manipulate entries or voting may result in the affected entries or votes being removed and, in cases of deliberate abuse, disqualification from the promotion.
Winner Notification & Announcement
Winners will be contacted using the email address provided to Rescue Buddies through the Partner Program.
Winners are planned to be announced on February 14, 2027 through Rescue Buddies membership communications and the Rescue Buddies Facebook Page, and may also be announced on the Rescue Buddies website and other Rescue Buddies channels.
By participating, Founding Partners acknowledge that the rescue or organization name of a winning Partner may be publicly announced by Rescue Buddies.
General
No purchase is required for a rescue to become a Rescue Buddies Founding Partner or to participate in the Founding Partner Launch Promotions.
Rescue Buddies is responsible for administering the promotions, verifying qualifying entries and votes, selecting the random Gallery Draw winner, and awarding the prizes described above.
Rescue Buddies may make reasonable changes to the administration of the promotions if necessary to address technical problems, fraud, abuse or circumstances outside its control, provided that such changes do not unfairly disadvantage participating Founding Partners.
